I don't know how to react to this because the account owner made the account in th last hour and has no details or information on it, there is little introduction or specifics, this makes me very uncomfortable and weary to even reply. Has this happened to anyone before?

Just moved here from POTN which is closing soon. Just moved to Taiwan from the States a couple months ago.
