Living far from the nearest camera store, it is always a chore to pick out the "ideal" camera bag for a particular use, whether a backpack, sling or shoulder bag. I thought I would start with one I found, showing photos of it being worn, and filled, to give an idea of capacity and usefulness. Would love to see others out there such as Think Tank, Domke, Lowepro, etc, with some photos and maybe some user pros and cons.

My first entry is the Clik Elite Sling Bag, Loaded with a Fuji XE 1 with 55-200mm lens mounted, an 18-55mm zoom, a 35mm 1.4 and a pair of 10x25 Alpen binoculars. There is an additional insert that can hold a prime lens, but I removed it to stow the 55-200 with the shade mounted.
The bag is approx 17" high x 11" wide. The lower compartment, that holds the photo gear is approx. 8" height x 11" width. The upper compartment, for holding a light coat and lunch is approx. 9" height x 11" width. For reference the guy wearing it is 6-3 and 240 lbs.

The good- the sling bag is very comfortable to wear for someone my size, and moves easily when needed to get access. The bottom compartment can be configured a few different ways, but generally will hold a Fuji X Pro or XE 1, a 55-200mm, 18-55mm, 35mm 1,4, 60mm or flash, and a small pair of binoculars or a second body. With that amount of equipment in the bag it still feels fairly lightweight. I really like the upper compartment for carrying lunch and a jacket. This bag works great for a bike ride or a hike. A small tripod can be carried on the side. A couple of batteries can be carried in small compartment on strap

The cons- no all weather cover. There is an opening where the strap connects to the bag, which has direct access to the upper compartment. This could allow rain water to drip in, though in practice has not been a problem. I carry a plastic garbage bag in case I get caught in a downpour to solve the problem, but honestly has not been a problem in use. Hope this can start a series of bag reviews to make a case for Fuji! with two bodies.

i've got the smaller, black version of this that's like a ballistic nylon (i think) which is splash proof. no AW cover.

it's nice and small. nowhere to mount a tripod should you decide to take one. and no room for a tab, so that would be separate.

better for hikes or any running around you might do. this bottom camera compartment can be pulled out and toted if you're going to the beach and want to throw your shoes in or whatever.

you can slide in a tab or even a 11.6" macbook air and maybe a small book at the same time in the deep front pocket.

two small mesh pouches and a zippered compartment for stuff. and this main upper area fits a small sweater or jacket.

there's no strap for a tripod. however, you can put something like a jobypod on either side where the water bottle pockets are. the outer nylon surface area is splash proof. plus, this lowepro has an AW rain jacket. and the overall size is quite small for what it is.

the newer tamrac zuma with the three compartments.

really for a tab or 11.6" macbook air. wished they made one for the 13.3" MBA.

body + two lenses (one over the other) in front compartment.

MBA charger, travel-sized external storage, and a few other items in rear compartment.

was able to fit all this, this trip.

i really like this form factor. decent padding. seems well-made. splash proof material. tamrac sells this weird cheapy tripod that you can fit in this. overall, this bag is a joy to travel with.
