just got back from a trip to Istanbul, I would highly recommend a visit to anyone as its such a fascinating place with so many great photo opportunities.

DR 100 for jpegs with highlights +1 and shadows -1 using provia film simulation
For pp shots I tend to apply basic colour adjustments in lightroom then flatten the image and play with curves and levels and sharpening in PS.
