In the early morning of December 21st, a friend and I drove to Bastogne, with the plan to just travel around and shoot pictures.

Camera: Leica IIIc (1942)
Lens: Leitz 50mm f/2.5 Hektor (1933)

These first two were shot with Rollei Superpan 200, a film I've grown to hate in 135 format. The carrier is way too thin and that makes it really uncooperative when trying to feed it onto the developing tank reels. These are two images that made it through the process unscathed.
Many of the others on that roll were scratched badly :(

Anyway, on with the show:

Rest of the photos were shot with Rollei RPX 400 film, compared to the 15 minutes I spent fighting with the Superpan 200, RPX fed onto the reels in about 15 seconds without any hiccups.

A day well spent, even if half of it was spent in the car.
Both films were developed for one hour using 1+100 Compard Ro9 one-shot (Rodinal) at 20C.
The freshly restored 5cm Hektor lens has solidly earned a place amongst my other 50mm lenses.
