We've just had a very pleasant weekend with our friends in Hornsea on the Yorkshire coast. I took my RX100M4 for a stroll one evening...Some are SOOC, others edited in Lightroom from RAW. The fish & chips was delicious by the way!

I had fish & chips for lunch yesterday, although that's not what we typically call it on this side of The Pond.
I once stayed at a hotel in Charlotte NC that served fish & chips as part of their Happy Hour on Fridays, and that's what they called it too, but I think they were trying to sound more British about it. It wasn't too bad IIRC. What would be the usual description?

I've seen restaurants call it fish & chips, but more often the menu will say fried fish with french fries on the side. Usually in our lexicon, "chips" describes what your side calls "crisps", as in "potato chips".
