Angel Festival - Islington

My wife and I attended the annual Angel Festival at Islington (Year 10 for us)!

It is a well attended event along the towpath with a mix of stalls / entertainers / food and other stalls (my wife sells vintage clothes / jewellery) and we have a regular group of customers who come to see us each year.

It remained dry up until closing time so we were lucky!

The highlight of the day was meeting up with Mike G a fellow forum member and we had a few hours to chat and walk around grab some photos and a well needed coffee - great time with good company.

Lovely photos Ian and I had a great time! And as you say really nice to meet the face behind the name, and of course twice as nice for me as I got to meet Sheila.

The very smilie girl in the window is superb and who can forget the two grumpy ladies who didn't want their photo taken!

There was a contrast of personalities at the event from the "Grumpy Hook a Duck Ladies" to the super smiley girl in the window - a great day for all and as usual a very well attended event that is always well organised.
