As title, couldn't see an R8 thread in the showcase.
I'm feeling uninspired by the lens lineup within m43 - sold my 100-300ii with a view to upgrading to a better tele, but none of them grabbed me particularly.
Also been shooting a lot indoors over the last month or two (grim UK winter), and been feeling the lack of light, even with an Oly 17 1.2.
Have a Panasonic G9 which has served me well for the last few years - was considering the G9 II when it comes time to upgrade, but it comes back to the lenses, and the autofocus. The R8, much like the R6 II, seems to rank among the best cameras for AF performance as of now, particularly for wildlife (I would go for an R6 II, but that's a significant step up in price, perhaps too far considerng I'd also need lenses).
There's a wealth of Canon EF lenses out there that I could adapt, which I feel more drawn to than the RF lineup at present.
Not something I'm going to do imminently or hastily, but would be interested in any advice or tips from current users.
