Fuji Auto Focus Tracking with the X-E2

Can anyone tell me how to get the best auto focus tracking with the X-E2, specifically with the 2.00 firmware? I've a little confused on some of the settings, but so far I've read that I must use the following settings:
Use one of the 9 center AF spots to get PDAF and AF tracking. Not sure if the size of the square matters.
Use the slower burst mode in the drive settings.
High performance settings must be on.
AF/C

It would be great to know what the optimal settings are now with the 2.00 firmware.

Anyone know?

That's a big chapter in my next ebook. I just received the German version, the English version will be out in July.

Your settings look good to me. That's how I do it, too.

Size matters: As large as possible and as small as necessary.

Can you speak to if AF tracking is still only on the 3fps mode after the 2.00 firmware?

Yes, 3 fps.
