It's a café within a book store, where you can sit in a couch (like I did to warm up and dry my camera), at small tables or at a larger table to do stuff on your device at a table, like shown here. Very nice and they also have a good selection of a.o. photography books. BTW, a coffeeshop in The Netherlands is a place where you can buy and use soft drugs
