Here, if one wants to prune a native tree on one's own property, one MUST employ a qualified and registered arborist.

When the council prunes the trees on the nature strip, or, occasionally on one's private property ... ! They employ unqualified and ignorant tree butchers.

Our neighbour complained about them butchering trees on their own property. Council response? Nil, nothing, nada ...
