I went for a nice little hike with my brother and his kids; this is where we went.
An old castle ("Nünegg" - "nine corners" - due to its ground-plan), established in the late 13th century, set on fire already during the war of "independence" (really a conflict about local predominance and self-rule against the Habsburg dynasty) in 1386, in ruin ever since, but restored to its present (safe enough) state in 2017.
Being out and about together was nice for a change. It's something to be treasured in these trying times ...
I missed the fact that I left a yellow filter on a lens (two errors)
Best way to deal with the errors was a b&w conversion. Not that bad since most of my favourite and suitable images end up as b&w anyway.
film was portra 400. I also tried a new lab which I won't be using again. I understood they have been using reagents that are too old.
