Hey, guys! ;)

Could anyone recommend me please best in camera settings for JPEG? Mostly i shoot in raw but sometimes i want best quality JPEG's out of the camera.

Now i have something like this:
Color -1
Sharpness -1
Highlight tone -2
Shadow tone -1
Noise reduction -2

What should i change?

By the way, i am user of Fuji X-M1.

Thanks.

I only have two constants that I feel work for basically every shot...

Highlights -1
Shadows -1

I think I leave Noise Reduction and Sharpness at 0, And I fluctuate these days between Astia and Classic Chrome for color profile.

What i find most important for the in-cam jpgs, actually, is white balance. Once I realized how much of a difference it made for me, I reassigned it to a hot key, and I rarely shoot in Auto anymore. This is where the EVF is crucial... I look through, and manually adjust the K temp til it looks ...."right." A few quick examples from this weekend, straight out of camera:

does having the Highlight Tone in negative numbers intended to reduce clipping?

conversely, is having the Shadow Tone in negative numbers intended to lighten shadows?

thank you!

Correct on both counts, I believe. I know highlights clip less at -1, and I believe I clipped shadows less that way too, though it does seem odd now that you ask, that's a negative number but would get lighter... wish I had the camera on me to check.
