I'll soon be back in Laos for two months, leaving L.A. on March 1. Here's a couple from Nov./Dec. 2019, right before covid made going back impossible. With the trusty Leica x113. I sure do like that camera.
I've been in Laos about 26 days now, but have had time only recently to work on some photos, in this case those I shot at Wat Phu Champassak, a fascinating place with a history going back to the 5th century, though the visible remaining structures date mostly from the 11th and 12th centuries. Shot with the Leica X 113. And this old man, despite smoke from slash and burn agriculture, made it the arduous climb to the top, where the sanctuary is. I was pretty determined.
