Thought I'd try Snapseed on my ipad

What a Palaver that turned out to be - this is half the story:-

Tilt Shift looks useful except I had to rotate horizontal to get the linear blur through the middle - (the circular blur is similar to Picasa so no benefit there)

Then found all images loaded horizontal so had to rotate again then rename & save

anyway here is Snapseed 1 ( misnoma more like Snapseed 15)
