My Nephew and his fiance.

DxO Filmpack 5 processed with Agfa Vista 200 film simulation.

Wish the weather was better, but you do what you gotta do with what Ohio gives you this time of year!!
Used the Z6 with the Z 24-70/S and Tamron 70-200G2 on the FTZ.

eye-AF used with AF-C and low continuous drive mode (5fps). While not perfect, I still think that the OG Z6/Z7 get a bad rap on the AF performance. Would it be my first choice as a dedicated sports camera? No - but I have shot football with it successfully...but for portraiture - it is great! For street photography - successful there too!

Excellent set, very well done.


As far as the AF. I've shot high school football at night with a Canon 40D and 300mm 2.8. There is no way that combination has AF anywhere near as good as the Z6. Saying the Z6 wouldn't be the first choice for sports, I think, is more of a testament to how good cameras are these days.
