The ever fragrant and ever lovely Mrs T went to see La La Land with a friend. I took the opportunity to high tail it to my favourite street shot hunting ground. Brick Lane, Spitalfields, in the East End of London, once populated by Huguenots, then Jews from Europe and now by Bangladeshis. Brit Art scene, achingly hip and full of people trying too hard. The preserve of artists Gilbert and George. Hot food stalls covering the tastes of almost all nations on this sweet earth and eye wateringly expensive coffee. Beat Box street artists and a very passable Jimi Hendrix tribute one man band.
