What sort of software did you use, if I may ask - and are you shooting RAW or is that a jpeg with one of the film tones...you know what I mean...?

How spooky is that!!
I processed the shot in Lightroom, Then into Color Efex 4 and then Sharpener 2 with a final touch up in Elements 9. It was shot in RAW which is unusual for me with this camera as I usually shoot Jpg,s as they are SO good!

Thats one of the things that's so endearing about the x100. Thats said, I've started shooting raw again, because I've realised that if you nail the focus with this thing (I don't always, with tremulous hands) you can crop down to heck and still retain brilliant resolution and sharpness (well not too far but you get my meaning). For jpgs, something would be lost in the translation. Sometimes I shoot, knowing that I don't want the whole scene but just a part of it, and knowing that I can crop and get a good sharp shot. Your bridge, for example, would come out really nicely
(not that it didnt... I think I'll stop while I'm ahead, I think the shot is wonderful...).
