Any way to tone down the saturation on a NEX? I'm finding the colors (especially the blues) are strongly saturated, and was wondering if there's any way to dial them back a bit. The RAW files actually adjust fantastically in post, so I could make it part of my import into LR, but I was wondering if there's a camera setting I'm overlooking.

Go to the Brightness/Color Menu and choose Creative Style
On the bottom right of the screen is the word "Option" indicating the function of the button right beside it. Press the button
Now you can adjust Contrast, Saturation and Sharpness for each of the Creative Styles.

This is a great help, my camera was shotting in vivid and it was a bit much on a couple of shots. I changed the setting and it improved on the portrait I was taking.
