Had to feed my Waterfall Compulsion Disorder today, scrambling up and down some steep hillsides with the S95. Some rock climbing, and a lot of carefully picking my footing involved in most of these pics.
Sadly, my S95 is on its way out - it's acting up ("Change battery" with a fully loaded battery - I've cleaned the contacts several times, it seems to be more of an internal issue), and somewhere between lens and sensor, there's a piece of debris or dust that sometimes gets on the sensor and produces a horrendous smudge that's way beyond cloning out. It's a bit depressing, really, because having the sensor cleaned and revised is simply not feasible in a high-price country like Switzerland. Still, I got a couple of nice images today before retiring it for the time being (I don't have the heart to throw it out just yet); this is my favourite.
