Both the lady and the color of the doors caught my attention.

Love the color of the door, really draws you in. I would have a much tighter crop on this however.
Cropping the top heavily keeping just the top window above the door and crop all of the flower pot and electric pipe out completely, leave the right side alone, maybe remove another 1/2" on the bottom, my 2 cents.

of course I love it! Seriously, now my eyes focus on the woman, and the door compliments her. I can see her expression much better. The photo now shows me some tough times, she may be going thru...nice!
