I had no idea what thread to put these in, but "color photos" will do. I was supposed to be in Laos right now for the ເລືອຍເຮືອໄຟ The Fireboat Festival that comes after Ok Phansa, the end of the Buddhist rains retreat, or what is commonly called "Buddhist Lent". I was there in 2017 and have been looking at those photos as compensation for this year's covid 19 missed opportunity. The shots are all with the Pen F or Sony RX-1. Sorry for so many images, still only a fraction of what I'd like to share, however.

are those displays made of rice paper? any idea what happens to them after the celebration?
