I have a couple of full spectrum converted cameras (a Panasonic GF2 & a Sony A7ii) they produce significantly different results with many of the filters I use (though they are reasonably similar with the normal long pass type filters).
Here's an old example from the GF2 through a BG3 filter (UV, trace blue & IR)

The lens fitted also has a huge effect on any UV imaging. I've never managed to do UV without IR the filters are too expensive...
Then I also have an ancient Sigma Sd14, with a Foveon sensor & a user removable 'dust protector' which is also the IR blocking filter. Results from this are very different and typically give me Aerochrome like results SOOC (using a green X1 filter with moderate IR transmission & fluorescent WB - I have multiple copies of this filter type which differ significantly in their IR transmission).
