Fuji Confused... trying to keep track of X-T1 lockouts...

So, going through Rico's book again to adjust for the new firmware, and learning some new things, but getting totally befuddled in keeping track of what settings lock out other things.

Is there a chart or reference anywhere that keeps track of things like, FD locks out PDAF, as well as ES or MS+ES locking out PDAF?

I remember a chart in the manual (appendix) that shows what features and functions are available in which mode.

Thanks! Forgot that was there. Only thing that seems to be missing was the nuances around PDAF vs CDAF, and things that force CDAF.
