Conkle's Hollow and Rock Bridge

Got a chance to actually go out and shoot this morning. Got up early and went to some spots I hadn't been before. I got to Conkle's Hollow just after sunrise, though by the time I got to Rock Bridge, the sun was high and the light somewhat harsh. I planned on HDR for all the Rock Bridge shots, and was amazed to discover that I actually had enough detail in the middle shots to get the whole dynamic range, so didn't end up using the HDR shots.

Anyway:

Jordon, what a blast from my past to see your subject titles and then see these gorgeous pictures! I went to college not far from there - Ohio University in Athens... This was one of my favorite places to walk and I, too, took many photographs there. These are really lovely - and what wonderful light you had! Talk about bringing back memories.
