Very strange, I really do not see why is this different from DSLR!
If my XT1 is in continuous mode and aperture priority on f8, the camera has really hard time focusing. I switched of "Exposure/WB Preview in manual mode", but it's still closed all the time.
Is the aperture too slow to stay open and close before the shot? This was not a problem in decades with DSLRs now so it is now a problem???
Here is a video explaining the same problem with Sony mirrorless system. I guess it's a mirrorless system problem...
