I have a long and complex day today and may not be able to do much shooting let alone processing or posting - so I am taking a double liberty here with my entry for Day 28 - it was taken yesterday - and though my other postings for this month have all been with one of my tiny Ricoh's (either the GRDiii or its newer sibling the GRii), this photo was taken with my relatively compact Pentax K-01. I say relatively because it seems gargantuan next to either Ricoh.
The other interesting thing is the fov - taken with the oh-so-tiny-ultra-thin pancake DA 40 lens - with a field of view corresponding to a traditional 60mm, it feels positively telephoto after the Ricoh's. But that allows me sometimes to look at details which stand out and grab me---
This was taken waiting in a socially-distanced-and-appropriately-masked checkout line at one of my local Oregon supermarkets. And I have to admit: I like the philosophy which the artist-formerly-known-as-Prince is expressing here.
