Day 25 - Silver September 2013

Back at the beach this morning.

My husband had a tooth extracted today, under general anesthesia. He's been napping, and I've been on "20 minutes on, 20 minutes off" icepack duty all day, but he's feeling better now he's waking up at bedtime! You'd think the interruptions wouldn't bother someone with the attention span of a gnat, but I'm falling back on another shot from the 4th. The white "straws" are drops of water from the sprinkler. And I'm hoping if I post this, it will rain tonight!

I don't think it is. We've had both, and decided to keep the Oly. Partly because it focuses much closer. And it sure is cute on the smaller bodies! On my wife's GF5.

Interesting. The Photozone data and a few reviews I've read indicated that the Panny is sharper. I am quite happy with the Oly 14-42, though, and I had never thought about the differences in close-focusing capability - I'm glad you brought that up, as it's important to me.

Besides, I think the silver 14-42 looks sharp on my red E-PM2! :D
