I take my hot cocoa very seriously. Here is a view of the dregs. The cup looks surprisingly clean otherwise.

One final coat of oil finish on the guitar top. After allowing it to cure for a couple of weeks, it will be buffed to a satin finish.

Taking the small sensor as a fun challenge, I took a couple of photos with the Canon Powershot S95 today. This is a handheld top view of a glass paperweight given to me as a gift many years ago.

In homage to Matt's cool video on Iceland's Beer Day - today! March 1! - part of me was tempted to immediately open a can of deliciously cool hoppy Oregon beer...but another, more superstitious part, wondered whether today would be a propitious day for a non-Icelander to quaff the aforementioned brewski? In situations like this, there is only one person I can turn to for advice...
