Used Capture One Pro 23. At first look, not much to do here. - Some perspective correction, cropped to 3:2 aspect ratio, lots of Highlight recovery and a bit of Shadow recovery. Warmed up the white balance a bit.

Not competing ... just a general clean-up and an attempt to pop the memorial out a bit from the bright trees in the background.

Entry #1. A 1:1 crop, cloned out the house on the left... and picked up the apple core and threw it in the bin! Lightened the sky a bit.

It was a lovely day when I took the photo this week. Most entries came within a narrow range for processing, so I had to really think about which versions I preferred. I was particularly pleased with the entries that got rid of the shadow cast by the car. While Lyle’s and Peanno's enty probably did this the best looking very real, overall I like Bo’s slightly more saturated/contrasty colours around the buildings/structures.

So @BosseBe is #1, @WhidbeyLVR #2, and #3 goes to Colin and the Polaroid version, which also ticks the ‘vintage’ entry I was hoping to see!

It is a lovely picture with not so much to do except getting rid of stuff like the car and its shadow.
