Dog baby at hempfest.

It was 100,000 people stoned out of their minds.Amazing in that it was so mello, minus the acid freakouts that were always at the 60's love ins. This was great fun! My daughter is active in the organization called NORML. she lectures for the cause and writes for them. She dragged me along to meet all the players in the movement.Four days in summer Seattle can never be bad either!

those two behind the gent with the pooch and the geezer on the right look like they are seriously, seriously stoned.

Thanks BB! I took a few hundred shots over the course of four days...and this one is my favorite.I didn't know the dog or woman were looking at me til later.I got lucky.Early dead, yes.Box of rain.My daughter was a deadhead in her youth so I hear The dead a lot.

Love those looks from that cute "dog baby" and his owner - as well as the dark haired woman on the left. Great use of black and white, David!

Meanwhile, I'm going to go dig out some Grateful Dead. But I'm talking about the old Grateful Dead..."Riding that train..."

Wow! Thanks Yeats, I thought it had a lot going on too..My recent favorite pic!Had some chips over the weekend, sure!

This is the 4th time I've looked at this photo, and each time I look I want potato chips.

It's a stellar image, IMHO one of those "a picture is worth a thousand words" photos.

Great. My daughter talked me into doing the Marine Corps 10K in DC. Oh where did I go wrong . . .:crying:

It really is one of those great shots that just capture a moment in time.
