How's the little guy doing?

Thanks for checking, Kevin. He is seeming pretty stable. We are now allowing him to hop up the single step into the house instead of lifting him up. And he's feeling confident enough that sometimes he eyeballs the couch and prepares to launch himself, but we do not allow him that leap....that's too much energy to put on that new "joint". The vet said 12 weeks is the bare minimum before he can ease back into normal activity. So he still spends the majority of his days in a playpen. And at night we tether him to the headboard of the bed to keep him from jumping down at night while we're sleeping. He paws at us when he needs to get up.
