A processing experiment from several years ago. Leica M8, Yellow Y48 filter, Custom Fortran program to optimize the demosaic routine. "Blue" in a modern color filter array extends into Red, not like an old Tricolor separation filter. SO- Yellow increases the contrast by decreasing blue. The green sensitive part of the Blue pixels remains- just equalize it.
