Birds Ducks

I have probably imaged more ducks than any other wildlife (squirrels are a close second). I was cycling through the woods and came across this duck in a small pond.

This picture of a Wood Duck was taken in a park in Ottawa.

Not ducks but I didn't want to start a new thread for what may be a one off.
There are two of these Canada Geese visit the village moat around this time every year for a week or so. This year for the first time there are three.

I thought the first was a goose, but apparently its a Muscovy. There were two living wild at the local pond. Not for long, I suspect, they are quite expensive to acquire in Australia, someone will have nabbed them.

Hopeful duck. Many idiots go and feed them bread. I give them chook food. They are never impressed.

These little ducks (and they are quite small) live at a different pond, though lately with diminishing water levels, apparently are finding their way to peoples back yard pools.
