I see her thus every day staring at me from the sink, waiting for me to run her some fresh water; she likes drinking from the tap.
I have tried to catch her so with long lenses or zooms, afraid to disturb her.
Today I bravely picked up my e510 and 25 normal lens and walked up and took this.
Sometimes zooming with ones feet is the best path :)

I love using the Zuiko 25mm on my E-PL2. It's so quick and easy to pick up, and lets you walk in right where you want to be. :)

Yup Ned that is the Joy of Pancakes, easy to tote and very non-threatening. On my E-PL1 the 17mm Pancake is my favorite lens!

Lili,

I love your cat shot! You captured a great expression on a beautiful face. B&W was a great choice for this shot - was it done this way in camera?

My "Lana" also loves a morning drink from the kitchen sink! Capturing her in the act required a lot tries. This shot was done with an e-520 fitted with an ancient 85mm f/2 OM-Zuiko and a Vivitar 5000 ring flash.

With best regards,

George

That's a cracking photo! Why don't you buy her one of those water dishes with a little waterfall type affair in it, like a running tap but without the wastage.
