Erddig (the welsh dd is a voiced th, like in “this”), is an estate in North Wales near Wrexham. It’s been restored by the National Trust since being left to them in a semi-derelict state in the 1960s.
All photos taken with my RX100m3.

From the garden (yes I like symmetry!)

Did they have the machine to play those music discs? I assume it is some sort of music box.
They had a very similar device on show. I don’t think they had space to display the actual one used for those larger discs. When I get back on my laptop I’ll upload the image (getting the problem with portrait-oriented files being displayed in landscape when I upload it here on my iPad. Grrrr)
