I understand the first generation EM5 has an issue where the mechanical shutter gets stuck after a certain number of actuations.
I contacted Olympus to ask about the cost for repair, and they no longer support this model and is therefore unrepairable.
Various sources say the shutter can get unstuck by a hard whack on the bottom of the camera. I am wondering if it is also possible to operate the camera using only the electronic shutter?
