I can't answer your question, but if you are unable to find it, you could use hugin to get a very similar result. Hugin doesn't work as a plugin, but the price is right.

Here is a hugin result, converting the first test image in your linked review with a Panini General output projection:

There are several other software solutions for de-fishing, as well.

i brought fisheye - hemi plugin for windows at march 31 2016. and i try to plug in my lightroom classic or photo shop , cannot plug in ? so what shall i do ?
