Announcement Forum Re-organization (minor layout changes)

No, nothing major, just a few minor layout changes. In short, the non-image forums grouped under "Image Works" in the "Photo Galleries" category are getting moved/re-organized a bit so that all forums under the "Photo Galleries" category are actually photo/image oriented. The parent "Image Works" category will go away and all of the sub-forums will be moved to more prominent spots.

With that in mind...

• Image Processing & Software moved under Open Gear Talk.
• Photo Challenges moved up a level under Photo Galleries.
• Image Quest moved up a level under Photo Galleries.
• Photo Critique moved up a level under Photo Galleries.
• Photography Techniques & Tips and Photography Philosophy merged & renamed to Photography Techniques, Tips, & Philosophy, moved to Cameraderie Community.

There is still a bit of overlap between some of the forums and as we move forward that'll get worked on. There is a lot of history & background to Cameraderie as a result of the site mergers that led to our creation, that brought with it content areas that often overlapped or conflicted in nature. As a community it's a continuous process to look at areas of improvement and to make it easier for our members to find & participate in interesting topics.
