From the Musconetcong River...

The Musconetcong River wends its way south and west from Lake Hopatcong in northern New Jersey to the Delaware River. During the 19th century it was part of the Morris Canal, which facilitated transport of coal and iron ore between NYC and Pennsylvania.

This was the lock keeper's house, as well as a tavern with a few rooms for rent.
