Fuji colors?

It seems that the pictures I am taking have a "pastel" or softer kind of color to them. I tried both with the default film simulation and the pro neg (vivid was not that great).

This is an X-E1 picture:

Both files were resized. Do you see what I mean? Should I expect this as part of the "Fuji colors" experience?

All I see here are quite different white balances.

I would assume (without looking in the manual) that the XE-1 AWB can be "tuned" to one's taste...? If you like the warmer look of the OMD files, you can attempt to mimic it with such adjustments - or you can rebalance in post-processing.
