Jennycliff Beach Given health issues limiting outdoor activities I've been revisiting a lot of archive photographs and reprocessing them hopefully having learned some better methods over the years. I've had DxO on a windows machine for some time, currently DxOPhotolab1 since I can't upgrade to 4, my machine is running windows 7. I normally process with RawTherapee on a linux machine. I've been pleasantly surprised at how well the software can handle m4/3 files and also those from an old superzoom, namely my FZ200. You wouldn't print one to cover half a wall, but they are serviceable I would suggest, likely to stand up to making an A4 print, (10" x 8") for you guys over the pond.
Trying out the FZ200 with the inevitable moon shot. This is with the 1.7x TC attached and with the digital zoom, so altogether it’s an equivalent 1200mm. Handheld, of course!
