Well now you’ve given yourself permission to buy it. It would just be impractical otherwise. 😃And I’ve just bought a Nikon Z TC 1.4 for that lens. That I still don’t own. Yet.

Can't wait to see your images with that setup.I've been thinking about acquiring a K10d (with its legendary CCD sensor) forever - but serendipity intervened as my friend and fellow forum member @Gerry M happened to have an extra one he didn't need. It's a beautiful piece of photographic gear which feels more solid than a proverbial tank. I'm looking forwards to trying it out in the not-too-distant future.

That is a nice looking strap! OM Systems didn’t have any kind of good launch promotions in the US. I already have the original 17 and 25 and the 12-45 so no need there. I wish they had done the extended warranty at least. Bummer, oh well. Enjoy your OM-3 👍🏻OM-3 Launch Promotion freebie, handmade slim camera strap by Arch Appearance:

The lens and camera go really well together there, better than I'd imagined.OM-3 Launch Promotion freebie, handmade slim camera strap by Arch Appearance:

It doesn’t look half bad, does it! And it feels good to handle, too. Very light and nimble. The lens and camera go really well together there, better than I'd imagined.
I really think you'll like that lens on your digital M too if you can get an Amadeo adapter (you may have one already?).A soul kind beyond belief gifted me with this shelf queen, a '36 Contax II, the first year of manufacture and reputed the best year. As a shelf queen it does not work, one big reason being no shutter. But the old dear is off with Oleg for what he calls a CLA. It and the lens which is also a '36. And the back has the same serial number as the body. The lens may have been with it all along. At any rate, when I get the notice from Oleg to PP him the money I will order some film. Any film advice would be welcome and what is the advantage between regular and C-41 mono processing.

Andy, the latest versions of Photoshop include a reflection removal tool, if that's useful to you.Just ordered a set of K&F 77mm magnetic filters (Polariser, 6 stop ND and 10 stop ND) for my Laowa 10mm f/2.8. I want to see if a polariser helps with glass on buildings to make my PP easier. If it does I will have to save the £350 to get a filter holder for the Laowa 15mm f/4.5 Shift
I wish some of these Chinese 3rd party manufacturers would bring their lenses for the dead Samsung NX mount. Some of this lenses would be so amazing for the old NX cameras especially for the focal lengths and apertures that Samsung did not had time to make them. How much would it really cost them to reverse engineer an old mount with no risk of being sued and support a very loyal (but admire very small) community.Today arrived my new Viltrox 25mm f/1.7 Air. To be used on my most-used camera, the Sony a5100. Which I use eight hours a day, five days a week, continuously, as my webcam.
It's just slightly wider than my previous TTArtisan 27mm f/2.8, and wider still than the previous Samyang 35mm f/2.8. It does not vignette nearly as badly as the TTArtisan. It has much more background blur, thanks to the larger aperture. It seems to focus somewhat more slowly.
I got it because I wanted a slightly wider lens, and a larger aperture, but remain low-cost. It's a great lens for my purpose.
