Gear: Alien Skin Exposure 7

RT Panther

All-Pro
So far I like it, VSCO is not an option for me since I'm a Photoshop Elements user.

Now about those rolls of Ektar & Portra in my 'fridge....

Hey All,

You must be the only one using it! If it works for you - good!

Right now I'm looking hard at something full featured like Capture One Pro 8 - it is time to move beyond $50 dollar software that only cost $10 now. Anybody here on C1 Pro 8? Would consider PS but now you have to basically rent on a monthly basis. You can rent C1 as well or buy it.

Exposure 7 is very good. It's fast too. It's nice how the whole image gives a preview rather than just thumbnail. I haven't used it in awhile as my trial is up and I haven't decided if I will purchase it. I do have VSCO presets for Lightroom.

I use Capture One for my Fuji X-Trans files as I don't like how Lightroom renders them. For most things I prefer Capture One but Lightroom is better with healing and cloning (for me at least) and I have presets for Lightroom. I think the RAW engine in Capture One is fantastic though.

I love it. Have been loving it for a long time. Disclosure - they gave me a review copy some time ago - but I've been buying it since then. My workflow is basically Capture One (same disclosure applies) and Alien Skin Exposure.
