So you have to remove the original one first? Do you find they are all the same thread size?

Fuji, Leica and old cameras have a shutter button that is threaded out of the box. It is designed for plunger type cable releases. A soft release button with the same threads can be screwed into the hole designed for the cable release.

If you have a non threaded release there are some stick on buttons you can add, I think Gariz makes some.

Every six months or so, my gear looks a little different. In April of this year, here's what I was shooting:

In the larger scheme of things, I am a fan of many companies (see disclosures in my sig). Juts happens that right now I'm finding the Olympus gear to be the best fit.


How do you do that all black background?

Porn is an art. I meant, gear porn that is! ;)
I shot them against a dark brown table and then used Nik Viveza to darken the table further.
