No where near @gryphon1911, but maybe not bad for a first try? I did this in paint.net with cracked paper download off the net. Overdone?

I do not feel it is overdone. It’s a stylistic choice that kind of gives me a 1920’s cinema vibe.

Pre-Halloween festivities at my local small-town open-air brewpub...complete with mad clown (papier-mâché) heads--
This Machine-headed man was still (somehow!) able to drink his beer!
While this masked assassin was planning on doing the same (though I'm not certain how... perhaps via a straw, under his mask?)
Lastly, this chap had a homemade Ratatouille costume... but instead of a Rat on his head, he had a small Raccoon... Raccontatouille?

Well I feel sorry for any Americans in London hoping to catch up on Halloween festivals whilst overseas, I think they would have found it terrible! Not only did we go out at the weekend seeking the best spots for this I researched the best spots beforehand. And these images are the best that could be mustered. The second one in Mayfair doesn't even look the slightest bit scary. And throughout our trails, not even a skeleton in sight.

Halloween....always done better in the USA than here in the UK. Our efforts are a mere pastiche. Your shots give an excellent account.
These certainly add more than a frisson of fear.
