No, but I usually have an idea the day before. Just as relevant is deciding the time of day you'll be going out, I also check the forthcoming weather on the phone (sunny/cloudy) and occasionally when sunset is. This sort of thing provides a head start and once you've got this basic information, at least your decision whether to go out or not is an informed one. Having said that, if you have a small fixed compact it doesn't matter as they'll fit in your pocket anywhere you go out - you might not go out specifically for the purpose of photography but will just as likely end up up coming back with some shots taken.
