I'm pretty sure it's like this:
1) X100
2) 5D III
3) X100S

But ultimately I think if you process each image's brightness, NR, and sharpness to suit your taste, they will come out closer to one another than this.

Looking at them and the similarity of colours in 1&3 I would guess:

1 = X100
2 = Canon 5D
3 = X100s
