Hi Garrett, welcome to FujiXspot! Very nice lens lineup you've got there (y).

Share some images with us. It's as easy as dragging and dropping them to your post.

Welcome! Lovin' the dog and the bee!

Interested in your lens lineup. I'm much more a prime than a zoom person but I have the 18-135 as a "travel lens". How much use do you find it gets with the 16-55 and 50-140 in your bag too? I also have the 18-55 and the 50-230 (because it's light) and recently sold the 55-200 in anticipation of the 100-400, which I will use for sports airshows, motor racing and the occasional bit of wildlife. I'd be interested to hear your own logic.

Well, at first the 18-135 was the only lens I had. I bought it with as a "kit" with the XT1. I used it quite a bit, then came the 16-55 but I still carried the 18-135 for the longer side. But now as I just recently added the 50-140, the 18-135 is in my spare camera bag due to its redundancy. It's great lens to have. I'll probably regret selling it but for now I know it won't be used. I would like to think of it as a "travel" lens but I know myself too well. Even if I kept the lens in my bag I would still bring the 16-55 & 50-140 along and end up using the two much more than the other. I know I'll regret selling the 18-135 when I do but for now, I could use that money to help fund the new 100-400.

Garrett, thanks for the comprehensive reply. I thought it might be something like that though I had forgotten that the 18-135 was sold in a kit with the X-T1 - that's a similar reason to why I have the 18-55 (apart from it being the only game in zoom-town to start with) - mine came with an X-E1 attached.

I took a trip to Italy last year with the 18-55 as my longest lens and lived to regret it. The 18-135 is heavier, 'tis true, but the extra reach and the OIS makes it a great travel lens.

Roll on the 100-400...
