Hi everybody......
I have just joined this fantastic forum after using the forum as a reference tool for sometime.
The info on here is fantastic and I have particularly liked the articles written by Ray Sachs to name but one.
I have a Olympus O-MD EM-5 which I love, particularly with the Panasonic 25mm f1.4. I have a selection of lenses and use the Panasonic GX1 as my "back up" m4/3 camera.
I also use the Panasonic FZ150 and the Panasonic LX7. I love the fact you can use the LVF2 viewfinder with both the LX7 and GX1.
Lately I have developed a big interest in single lens "prime" cameras so to speak and having purchased a Fuji X100 some months ago I am only now using it regularly and enjoying it immensely.
Last week I added the Ricoh GR to my collection and find it simply stunning. From the size and feel to it's great button and menu lay out. It is my 1st Ricoh and I find it so easy to use.
The extra appeal of the Ricoh GR was the availability of a 21 mm eqiv wide angle lens. I have only had time to use it briefly but my initial impression is it is fantastic. 21mm at f2.8 WOW!!
My main interest is landscape photography, both from the ground and from the cockpit of my microlight (ultralight). I also enjoy portrait photography.
Nice to be on-board.
Best wishes.
Wayne.
