Good Morning,

The school I teach at hosted a tri-meet that lasted over three hours; they ended up beating the rival schools by at least 45 points during the course of the matches. There are high hopes of winning another state title this year...:). I used my new Canon R7 with the Sigma 50-100mm f1.8 using an EF to RF Control Ring adapter.

Regards,

Edd

An absolute GEM of a lens ❤️

I have the Nikon mount one for the D500 and although it weighs a bundle, it's so so so very excellent - as you show in these pictures ^
Thanks Irene; I'm seriously considering the Sigma Art 18-35mm f1.8 as well, but not for wrestling. Shooting girls gymnastics is so tough with the p$ss-poor lighting in many private gyms that they have to compete in. Most public high schools in my region have the teams, but they don't have the apparatus. It was the same story for me when I competed in high school (we used the German social clubs; Providence Turners, Meriden Turners, etc.).

Regards,

Edd
